well well well where do i start brought this at car boot sale for 4.00 a few months back Nightmares on wax have been around for a number of years Anybody remember the track Dextrous rave track around 1990 it was a massive underground hit then it hit the charts if my memory serves me right and this guy has gone in a total new direction On first listening, at work , i never really thought much of it thought there was probably only one or two decent ...
...sound system on thought the first track sounded excellent so i jumped through consecutive tracks an to my amazement it just blew me away (must of been in one of those mellow moods) the album is made up of mainly infectious breakbeats (not heavy like chemical bros or slow like portished) some sublime melodic hip hop (for gods sake his even got a tribe called quest on the album) a few of these tracks wouldn't be out of place in films or drama the ...
