Eminem, Bizarre, Kon Artis, Swift, Kuniva and Proof are D12 formed before Eminem was a successful rapper. D12 world is a follow up to the debut album ‘Devils Night’ and it comes with a special bonus disk. On this album the rest of d12 are trying to show how good they are and you cant deny that some of these rappers are not good, because they do have talent but all the time ... ...equal share and Eminem is not 'hogging' and appears on only 11 tracks even though he produced almost all of them.
First of if you loved Devil's Night then you probably wont think this is as good as it but if you also like albums like 'get rich or die tryin' and 'cheers' you will like this. This is the new generation of what rap music is all about, great beats, and a mix of all music, they have the upbeat playful songs, the soppy love songs, and the agressive songs that rap has become famous for.
D12 consists of 6 members, who have alter ego's hence creating the 12, and the Dirt Dozen. The six are Eminem, Proof, Bizarre, Kuniva, Swift, and Kon Artist, who all hail from Detroit, and were friends when trying to make the breakthrough. ... ...friends if any of them ever got a record deal, and Eminem was true to his word, although he was never a member to start with. The 6 consisted of another rapper called Bugz, but after being shot down, as D12 penned there record deal, Eminem entered to take his place.
This album is great but slightly below par of the first album "Devil's Night", but if your comparing it with recent rap albums, its up there with the best. With Eminem is particular ...

I bought this album pretty much as soon as it came out expecting it to be in the same style as its predecessor, "Devils Night". I was disappointed to say the least. The vibe and feeling of the first album was gone to be replaced by some king of wannabe ganster-like sound.
1. Git Up
Released as a single and has a music video with lots of flashing lights and not much else. As for the track, it;s decent, nothing mind blowingly awesome but nothing ... ...nothing awesome, a solid track, nothing memorable. 3/5
3. Just Like U
Of all the people who could have had a solo track, they gave one to Bizzare. The man who has the least lyrical talent and worst flow of the whole group. Well, this track is terrible. Skip it. Don't even listen to it once, you won't miss anything. 0.5/5
4. I'll Be Damned
I liked this one. I'm not sure if following Bizzare helped in any way, but it was smooth. 4/5

Most of these songs are great depending on your taste of rap music if you like hard rap or rap with a good beat it's got both, the beats on this cd are sick (Really Really Good).
They got the funky styled beat on (My Band 06) the song, which is great but it's got the softish style ... ...a sick beat.
Number 14:40 Oz has got a good beat but the rap is more hard rap than anything it's still got a great beat beat though which is cool.
Just Like D: 03 is a wicked mix good rapping and a fresh beat.
