Dancing On Silver - Tim Collins

...I recently went out and brought Phil Collins Serious Hit's on cd and although im not a huge fan I do like this album very much and I have so far listened to it nearly every single day. *The cover* The front cover shows a large paracel into front of a crowd which I assume has been taking at one of Phil Collin's shows. His name is positioned at the top of the cd in black and below is more larger writing in black and it say's Serious Hit's live. With red horses around the bottom. The back is yellow with a blue horse and an instrument in brown and all the tracks are listed in black on the left hand side. ...This is the second Phil Collins album I own. f the two it is the better one. However, they are different styles so it is down to personal preference. The CD has the hit Dance Into The Light as well as other songs including Lorenzo, Just Another Story and River So Wide. Unfortunately the lyrics are not as thought provoking as Another Day In Paradise, which in my opinion is the best song he has ever played. This is a must buy CD for all Phil Collins fans as it shows yet another style of his incredible skill to sing. There are some great sound effects on some of the tracks. The best song by far on the CD is Dance Into The Light which did well in the UK charts when released as a single.... Read review

...I can't help it, but I love every album Phill Collins has made so far. His music makes me feel like I'm coming home. His work is of an outstanding consistant quality. The music, the lyrics, his performance; "Dance into the light" is a timeless album, a classic. The title song really makes me happy, it is a statement about how the sun always comes out after darker times. Have you ever seen the film "Lorenzo's oil"? You should see it and then listen to Collins' "Lorenzo"; it sends chills down your spine. It's a great album, in every respect.... Read review
