Firstly, I loved the movie and was blown away but some of the songs in it. I went out and bought the album and was not disappointed. Yeah , there are three or four tracks on it that I don't really like but hey, out of twenty that isn't too bad!

Advantages: Lots of great bands and songs on the album. Disadvantages: A couple of not so great and out of place tracks.
...I skip past.
16.: DAREDEVIL (THEME - BLIND JUSTICE REMIX) - REVELL, GRAEME & MIKE EINZIGER - It's not that bad but certainly isn't memorable like a theme tune should be. Great movie but don't really feel that this fits, either on the CD or in the film.
17.: MY IMMORTAL - EVANESCENCE - This really is an emotional song, fantastic vocals and really great piano make this a classic. Very powerful song.
18.: SAD EXCHANGE - FINGER ELEVEN ... ...I often find myself trying to sing along to this!
19.: SIMPLE LIES - ENDO - This song is ok, I find that it can be quite forgettable though.
20.: LET GO - 12 STONES - Another melodic rock song to end the album. A good solid track here from 12 stones. Good ending to a good album.
Nice attractive album cover and packaging.

Firstly, I loved the movie and was blown away but some of the songs in it. I went out and bought the album and was not disappointed. Yeah , there are three or four tracks on it that I don't really like but hey, out of twenty that isn't too bad!
A good rock album featuring tracks from some really talented groups. If you liked the movie, or want a decent rock album that you can kick back and chill while listening to, look no further.
Tracks:
1.: WON\'T BACK DOWN - FUEL - Wow, what a great opening track. Hard rockin' riffs and great clear lyrics; this song is intense and really captures the feel of the movie. 2.: FOR YOU - CALLING - Another good one. Softer and more melodic rock than the previous track but really great. I don't know why, but this song just seems to make me smile! 3.: BLEED FOR ME - SALIVA - Another Melodic track here, differs from a lot of the Saliva stuff I'm used to but is really good none the less. 4.: HANG ON - SEETHER - This track is really good. Has the same kind of feel to it as the opening song from Fuel. Nice. 5.: LEARN THE HARD WAY - NICKELBACK - Nice rockin' tune here, the kind of track I really like playin' while I'm drivin'… Now if only I was on Route 66 in a '67 Mustang! 6.: MAN WITHOUT FEAR - DROWNING POOL & ROB ZOMBIE - Exactly what you'd expect from a Drowining Pool / Rob Zombie collaboration.. Hard rockin' heavy metal! Great tune! 7.: RIGHT NOW - NAPPY ROOTS & MARCOS CURIEL - Hmmm, not to keen on this at first but it does grow on you. Rap/Rock tune with some similarities to Rage Against The Machine. 8.: EVENING RAIN - MOBY - I like some Moby stuff, but not this; it just feels a bit 'wishy-washy'. I certainly feel that this is the weakest track on the album. 9.: BRING ME TO LIFE - EVANESCENCE & PAUL MCCOY - Ok so I've heard this track a thousand times but you know what, it still rocks! The vocals from both Amy (Evanescence) and Paul (12 Stones) are fantastic. Quite heavy in places but never overly so. Love this track. 10.: UNTIL YOU\'RE REFORMED - CHEVELLE - Another melodic rock song here: A good offering from Chevelle. 11.: RIGHT BEFORE YOUR EYES - HOOBASTANK - I love this song, you can really kick back and chill to this. Great song musically and vocally. 12.: FADE OUT/IN - PALOALTO - Another great tune here, the chorus really makes this song I think. Great rockin' tune. 13.: CAUGHT IN THE RAIN - REVIS - Not overly struck on this song I'm afraid. It's not that bad but I tend to skip it when listening through the album. 14.: HIGH WIRE ESCAPE ARTIST - BOY SETS FIRE - This is actually a really great song! Great riffs and vocals make this track another good one. 15.: RAISE YOUR RIFLES - AUTOPILOT OFF - This is quite a punky song, sounds like Blink 182. Unfortunately that's not really my thing so this tends to be another song that I skip past. 18.: SAD EXCHANGE - FINGER ELEVEN - Another good song here, again I love the chorus.. I often find myself trying to sing along to this! 19.: SIMPLE LIES - ENDO - This song is ok, I find that it can be quite forgettable though. 20.: LET GO - 12 STONES - Another melodic rock song to end the album. A good solid track here from 12 stones. Good ending to a good album.

Original music composed by G. Revell. Comic books and hard rock are two obsessions to which plenty of kids and teens devote slavish amounts of time. So it's not surprising how well soundtracks created to accompany films about Spiderman and The X-Men have done. DAREDEVIL: THE ALBUM continues the trend. Pumped full of thundering riffs and relentless energy, these 20 cuts are by some of the biggest names in the nu metal/alt-rock world. Things start with the metallic clank of Fuel's doom-and-gloom "Won't Back Down" and end with 12 Stones' bluesy "Let Go." In between, superstars stepping up to the plate include Saliva (a soaring "Bleed For Me"), Moby (an ethereal "Evening Rain"), and Hoobastank (the lush "Right Before Your Eyes" complete with strings). Even Chad Kroeger returns from his stint on the SPIDER-MAN soundtrack, landing his band Nickelback on the DAREDEVIL soundtrack via the chugging "Learn the Hard Way." Although the thunderous industrial rock Drowning Pool/Rob Zombie team-up "The Man Without Fear" merits plenty of attention, the most pleasant surprise comes from Evanescence, whose "My Immortal" comes off like a Tori Amos outtake with its dominant piano, gorgeous string arrangements, and lead singer Amy Lee's ethereal phrasing.
