If there's one thing Mortician can never be accused of, It's going out on a limb. As for writing songs about hacking off other people's limbs - well, that's another story... Lyrically, themes revolve around horror and gore, as you would expect in this genre, although without a lyrics sheet in front of you there is no way you'll be able to decipher them.
