Billy Piper has come back to the UK after a year's break from music and the public's eye. The relatively new single, Day and Night has taken on a new sound and seems to be a lot more mature than the rest of her singles. The single that she had released before this, honey to the bee, seemed to be getting a little better and more mature, but this one proves that she is capable of acting like a normal 18 year old. But still she started from a young age and so still takes on a young image. The single Day and Night is upbeat and fun as well as having good lyrics and a good tune. A good song that definitely sticks in your head...

...Life' is the massive hit, Day And Night. I fell in love with this song instantly! I just had to buy the single, I loved it that much! I hunted round and found it for 1p on amazon.co.uk! I jumped at this bargain and waited anxiously every day for it to arrive in the post. When it finally did, I was literally jumping with joy! I immediatly put the CD on and danced around like a loony! This is my favourite ever Billie Piper song! It has a very 2000 feel to it. I think this was a 'new' chapter in Billie's career as she sounds more mature than she did on her ... ...me feel really good and I can't help dancing around to it. I feel it's also a song that gives you confidence.
I would definitely recommend this song! You can buy it for as little as 1p from Amazon! Definitely worth the money!

...on it, but a B-side. Day & Night is a fantastic song with big beats and very catchy, if not a bit too much like Britney Spears, Billie's American counterpart. The B-side 'Tinted Eyes' is quite catchy, but slower and quite boring. It's not really memorable and not Billie's best. The mix is OK, but I don't really like mixes anyway. The cover, is just a zoomed in shot of that on the cover of CD1, but it comes in unusual packaging, what is called a gatefold ... ...where there's a poster of Billie (which is OK) and a slit from the back cover where the CD goes. You open it up to get a gorgeous still photo of Billie on the video set. I personally still can't decide if CD1 or CD2 is better, but if you can't either, why not wait for the album out in autumn. ...

Day & Night is a fantastic pop song with big beats and an infectiously ctahcy tune. She looks nice on the cover and the black and pink colour scheme goes well. The mixes are quite good, but I don't like mixes on CD singles much anyway. I couldn't decide between CD1 and CD2 (CD2 has a B-side) but I chose this because of the video, before getting CD2 later on. The video is good and you can see it in flawless quality. ...The Pepsi chart compilation has been realeased just recently, the compilation consists of two discs filled with massive chart toppers in cludin Craig David's no1 hit 7 days and Spillers and groove jet and if this ain't love. The Pepsi chart contains songs that every one will like there's dance music BilliePiperday and night and also another of her hits deep inside theres garage craig davids song 7 days and the lively hit flowers by the sweet female attitude and even a bit of pop for the little ins s club 7 reach thankfully only one of there songs. Tide Is High – Originally featuring on BilliePiper’s album Day and Night but never released as a remake of Blondie’s classic, Atomic Kitten snapped up this tune and added their own little rap bit to the middle back in 2002… as a result it went straight to number 1 in September! It’s got a summery yet relaxing and soothing feel to it, with a catchy beat in the background. This song shows off the girl’s voices quite well, with the melodies in the chorus as well as the jumpy bits within the verses. (4/5)
