The film was first made in 1988 by Renn Producers and this DVD was released in 2005 by Song pictures Home Entertainment Inc.
The film was produced by Claude Berri and Directed by Jean-Jacques Annaud.
The running time is 1 hour and 29 minutes which I feel is just the right length as there is not much talking and the majority of the film is just about watching the two bears.
The film has been given a PG certificate.
There are no extra features on the DVD just the film.
I purchased our copy from Amazon.co.uk for £4.99 which is the only place I have found it being sold and believe me I have tried almost everywhere to get this film.
I do recommend this film for all animal lovers and because of the scenery but not to be watched if you like a lot of action and talking in films.

Bears are very popular animals at home. My son loves Pooh and loves Pom-Bear snacks as well. I have to admit that I am not very happy that he loves chips and snacks. I am a strict mom and I give him chocolate very rarely although he is 2 years and 4 month old.
This potato snack doesn?t contain artificial flavours, colours, preservatives and is gluten free. So after all it belongs to the healthier snacks. I always take care what to give my children and what not. I read the ingredients all the time, then taste it first and just if I think is good for them give my elder son. The younger one is not allowed to eat such things yet, he is only 9 month old.

buy it from Amazon.co.uk for as little as 1p! Even with the £2.21 postage and packaging fee, I personally feel that it is a great price to be paying and I would definitely recommend you buy it from here, especially as you can often get it as good as new.
Although I'm not overly fond of bears I did enjoy this story. It was a nice read and would be perfect for bear fanatics. But it is also good for those who are just fans of the series or animals in general.
