Any of you remember “Rain Dance”, “Biology”, “Acid House” and “Sun Rise”?? For those of you who don’t know what I’m harping on about the above were all acid house raves, raves that were held in large venues throughout the country. This was the start of a new era in club/dance music – The yellow smiley faces soon became a fashion trend, as acid raves were the focal point of the club scene. Everyone wanted to be a part of it - this music triggered off the start of a new culture – a culture where music was the only thing that mattered, this music brought everyone together in a harmony sort of way as ravers travelled in numbers to reach that special acid house rave.

Nearly ten years later this so called acid house music is more commonly known as speed garage, trance, house, techno and jungle music - although stemmed from the original acid house, today’s dance/club music is much improved. There are now more and better DJ`s who have the ability to mix songs and remix them again, not to mention the quality and sophisticated equipment.

The compilation in the Euphoria series is what I would class as brilliant club/dance music. Ever been swept away by the sound of music? – I am sure most of you have experienced this feeling, a feeling of content as your mind wonders and takes you on a different journey. Euphoria takes me to another world, another level – a world where the music is ten times more enhanced and everything around you is blocked off. Nothing can penetrate the sound of the music as I relax and enjoy the tracks. This is what I feel when I’m listening to all of the Euphoria’s Cd`s (and I’m not high) – the music alone gives me a high.

The trend of club/trance/techno/garage music has now become a complete addiction for me – this music ROCKS MY WORLD and the Euphoria compilations has everything I need to feed my music habit. Most of the songs on the compilation Cd`s are well known club/dance tracks with great mixes and brilliant instrumental melodies. There are also a lot of vocal based songs with superb dance beats. It doesn’t matter which series you buy you will not be disappointed – the best club DJ`s around have all had a say in the making of most of these Cd`s and they all know what their audience want to hear.

Since the release of the first Euphoria series I have bought all of them – The latest one out in the shops is called “Ibiza Euphoria” mixed by Dave Pearce, good old Dave has yet again delivered the goods (outstanding cd). This a long with “Deep Chilled Euphoria”,” A Higher State of Euphoria”,” For The Mind Body and Soul Euphoria” and “Chilled Out Euphoria” are great music Cud’s. Mixed with fantastic instrumental melodies that has something for all moods. It is not all hardcore – some tracks are relaxing and others are your typical raving tune – songs that pull in the crowds at dance floors as everyone jumps to the beat and lets go all of their inhibitions.

For £14.99 this CD has it all - Two and half hours of great club/dance music spread within two cd`s. If you love this type of music then look no further, Euphoria will show you what real club/dance music is all about. Not many dance Cd`s on the market can offer you hours of high quality music that make you want to dance and rave. All I can say Euphoria is MIND BLOWING – This music ROCKS MY WORLD……….
