Several years ago, a friend turned my music sites toward a group called Deep Forest. The group spans several different music venues, from jazz, to pop, to new age, as well as tribal. The first CD I bought of theirs was called Boheme' which had several songs from movies I had heard as well as several other songs which I fell in love with. Over the past 5 years, I have watched this group evolve with their newest release called Composa. This release has on its first track the voice of a 100 year old women who was a noted spiritualist. After the recording she died. It was noted in the cover that it was her dream to have her voice immortalized before her death, well with this release it has come to pass. The music as stated before spans all cultures, and it is a type of music that relaxes as well as opens your soul and allows you to touch your inner self with no problem. If your into the spiritual movement or just looking for a musical sound that is relaxing, I would suggest you purchase a copy of any of their CD's.
