Advantages: starts of well Disadvantages: lacks consistency
...When The Strokes first emerged, critics and the public hailed their debut album as the start of the 'new rock age.' The follow up to thier debut called 'Room On Fire' was somewhat disappointing, now The Strokes are back but not quite with a bang with their new album 'First Impressions Of Earth.'
The Strokes are an American rock band that formed in 1999, and were hyped as the saviours of rock.
The Strokes formed at a young age. Julian Casablancas (singer), Nick Valensi (guitarist) and Fabrizio Moretti (drummer) met at school. Casablancas was sent to boarding school in Switzerland at the age of 13 as he had developed drinking problems at a young age. Here is where he met Albert Hammond Jr, who would later join the band.
The Strokes third album 'First Impressions Of Earth' was released in January 2006 to mixed reviews...

Advantages: some really catchy tunes Disadvantages: only 11 songs on the album- 2 bonus tracks if you live in UK
...is for treating her badly. He explains how he always says he is sorry but then just does it again. He describes how he blames it on his A.D.D but thats just an excuse. The album at its best!
don't give'r it all: another favourite track of mine!typical bedders, a real poppy track. It explains that you should treat girls a bit mean treat them keen as if you give them it all they will take avantage and just abuse you
Show me the real you: This about his childhood love! Its not one of my favourites but stilla average song. Its where he meets her again and he wants to meet the real her not the girl behind the barrior. He wants her to make another impression rather than the one he has got from when they were at school. This song explains the album a bit better,.
Nothing hurts like love: This song has already been released and had massive chart...
