Dont Give Up Feat Bryan Adams
Review of Chilled - Chicane by
Trancemasta
Advantages: Good lyrics and vocals, stunning Trance remix
Disadvantages: None really
...First of all, it was No. 1 in UK back in march 2000, features a great remix by Disco Citizens Vs. Tomski along with the usual layout of Radio Edit, and the Original Mix of the track. Chicane has changed a fair bit since Offshore, his first single which has been on numerous compilations ever!!!
Chicane, Nick Bracegirdle has been a bit delusioned with the current clubbing scene mainly dominated with Trance and I suppose that he is right as there is a lot a of trance but House is favoured by the public as there is vocals.
In all great track, but the original mix leaves something to be desired....

Go and Buy Black holes And Revelations!!
Review of Muse - Black Holes and Revelations by
winger15mk
Advantages: A brialliantly well variated album for everyone!!
Disadvantages: Cant actually think of any!!
...Despite this album taking a slightly more electronic influence compared to previous albums, Muse have once again managed to produce an amazingly brilliant and well variated album.
I remember when i bought their previous album 'Absolution' in 1993 that it was going to be a very tough job for the band to try and produce another great album that would not only be as good as or better than Absolution but for the new album to live up to the ever changing fan and music lovers expectations and without doubt i think they have done so to the best of their ability! Is there no end to the talent!!??
From the soft synthesizers heard on the opening track 'Take a bow' to the Latin styled 'City of delusion' each track gives another reason to love the band!
I must say that when i heard their first single from the album 'Supermassive Black Hole' i...

They are NOT the Scissor Sisters!
Review of Yes - Do Me Bad Things by
jedininja666
Advantages: Awesome genre-blending musical ninjas
Disadvantages: Requires some intelligence to 'understand'... chavs and the narrow minded need not apply!
...First of all I need to get something off my chest. This band (from Croydon UK) formed in 2003, with a love for theatrical, dare I say 'camp' stage presence, and an appreciation of a number of extremely different musical genres. Fast forward to late 2004 / early 2005, and just as people start to hear about them, along comes some overhyped disco rock band called the 'Scissor Sisters', and pretty much steals their thunder....
But it's hard to understand why, as the two bands are completely different. The Scissors are a one trick pony, merely seeking to regurgitate 70s disco music and pretend that it's all indie and hip to listen to right now.
The Do Me's on the other hand, bring a whole cornupia of musical tastes to the table. The start of 'The Song Rides', for example, evokes strong memories of Slayer riffs, while 'Molly's Wood', would...
