Advantages: Diverse Lyrics, Metaphores, and Subjects Disadvantages: Skits.
...After the long awaited "This is my Promo Vol 2" all eyes were on Sway to out do himself once again with his first Solo album "This is my demo". Sways diverse metaphors and rhythmic style shines throughout this album. Sways album is a mix of hip hop, two step, r and b and rap, also there are certain touches on afro-Caribbean and a great deal of humour.
There are a vast amount of subjects in which Sway raps about throughout this album from The effects in which downloading tracks is having on artists in "download", to domestic violence in "pretty ugly husband". This is a solid album with tracks which everyone can relate to.
The skits although humorous are not cut at the end of each track which means that there is no option to skip these skits or listen to these skits without listening to the whole of the song or having to fast...

Advantages: Some truly great covers with a lot of diverse artists. Disadvantages: Gets weaker half way through the album.
...Cover albums are often stereotyped into being for people like Brian Ferry, who have tired out of their own material, so release them to make some money, or Michael Ball, who can't write a song anyway. ...This is an ultra cool album. Full of potential singles it has all the markings of a classic, one that will never be forgotten. In It For The Money is the follow up from Supergrass' debut I Should Coco and boy is it good. Anthems like the hard and brash sounds of Richard III and and the meloncholic Sun Hits The Sky are two great tracks in themselves. In It For The Money reminds me of a delicious sandwich, jam-packed with my favourite fillings and surrounded by crispy bread which makes your mouth water just thinking about it.
If you liked I Should Coco then you will probably love this as it is a move upwards on the rung of musical genius for the Supergrass lads. Sounds and lyrics are well thought out and the album almost has a 70's rock feel about it. Guitars are loud, beats are rocking and lyrics are good. This album has...
