Advantages: Sun, sea and excitment/relaxation? Disadvantages: Won't know till I've tried it!
To cheer myself up on a January day I thought I would try a review for this desertisland category.
I guess being stranded on a desertisland means sun and sand, but none of the luxuries most of us like on holiday, and worst of all no companion. Well that?s how in was for Tom Hanks in Castaway, but perhaps I would find a friendly native, hopefully a fit and healthy hunk. Well I can dream, can?t I?
I have thought about what I would take with me and this is what I have come up with.
I have left out music as I am hoping the birds would sing to me and that I could make some musical instruments of my own from things I could find on the island. For a human voice I would have my own, and nobody to say, ?Can you whistle . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . cos you can?t sing!?

Well funny you should mention it, but not so long back I was stranded on a traffic island, which wasn?t far from the sea so I actually know quite a bit about this. If any body wants to print this out and keep it in their desertisland survival kit in the boot of there car I must ask three things of them;
1. Why? This is obviously a joke
2. Why do you have a desertisland survival kit in the boot of your car
3. Please send me £500, then I?ll protect you using my ulti-finder transportapill ocktonowhere computerised locator (restrictions apply).
OK, on with my 5 choices. It has taken me a considerable amount of time to choose these, you can see the level of thought that has gone into them.

Once again I am going to follow up one of my more serious ops with something a little more lighthearted.

Now you might think that this was something that I really wouldnt need,but I dont see it that way at all.My singing is bad at the best of times but it is even worse when I dont have any background music to drown out the notes that dont quite make it to the pitch they are supposed to.....now picture me,stuck on my island, singing away, completely off key.If you were paddling by in you canoe and heard the noise and saw a loony woman, mouth open wailing like a Banshee Would you pull in and pick me up? No you wouldn't, you would paddle past as fast as you could,so you see I have to have my music, something groovy ...
