    Advantages Advantages Gorgeous, relaxing dancy dreamy pop with great vocals

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Some might find the album a bit samey, as there is not a huge variation in style between songs

    Frou Frou was a band featuring the singer Imogen Heap and Details is the only album by the band. It came out in 2002 and became more well known in 2004 due to the song Let Go being included on the Garden State soundtrack, playing at the end of the film. I already knew Imogen Heap before this, but I wasn't aware of the Frou Frou album until Garden State. I got the album on the strength of the song Let Go, without having heard any of the other songs. It was a good decision as this an album that I still like to listen to sometimes now, years later. I forgot about it for a few years but ... more

    This review is being rewritten at the moment, and will reappear when I'm happy with it. I'm currently rewriting all of my old reviews to make them better and more in line with 'proper' reviews like you see on the liks of Pitchfork or Stylus, and naturally that's going to take a bit of work. Sorry for being massively inconvinient, but that's just how I roll, folks!     Advantages Advantages Its an awsome listen

    Named after the French word for the rustle of silk. This is one of the best albums you can buy. Its cool and calming and haunting sounds with her beautiful voice tied together with lyrics that will send shivers down your back, not to mention goose bumps. The band is made up of two people. Imogen Heap and Guy Sigsworth I espically recomond listening to "let go", "the dumbing down of love", "Its good to be in love" and "Only Got One " Thw whole album is goos but those are my favourite songs.
