Sound - you can turn on/off environmental effects and 3D sound depending on your soundcard. The resolution 800x600 is okay to play, but I would prefer higher option. What the violence concerns, there is blood in the game, but it's not really realistic and even if some monsters die bursting into a pile of flesh and bones including the funny sound, I don't think this can be considered a harmful level of violence. Review of Diablo II (PC)

Diablo 2

Advantages: Great game, loads of fun.
Disadvantages: Not challenging enough for some.

Diablo 2 is the best PC RPG, (role playing game), ever! I absolutely love this game! I'm not a huge fan of computer games on the whole, I prefer card games and real RPGs like Dungeons and Dragons or Vampire the Masquerade, but I really like this one. I can quite happily play Diablo 2 for hours without even noticing the passage of time. My longest stint to date is 10 hours without so much as a toilet break. I am not 100% and a bit too lazy to check but I think Diablo 2 was published/released in the UK in 2000. It is the successor to the ever popular RPG: Diablo. Diablo was for it's time, and excellent game with great graphics and playability. Some people will assure you that Diablo is better than Diablo 2 but I played D2 first and think it's the greatest. Diablo!!!

Advantages: Classiic Role Playing Game
Disadvantages: Out of date

Diablo was one of the first great role playing games. It paved the way for a whole generation of similar games. But until recently still remained the original and the best. The release of Diablo 2, may have taken its crown. But never the less diablo remains one of the most addictive and enjoyable games of all time. The cunning story line and secret items make the game different every time you play it. This is deffinatly a game that if you don't already onw, then maybe you should think about purchasing. I still havn't completed this game as it is isn't too difficult, but it certainly isn't to eay. ...
