The title is an extract from the lyrics from the said album , so as you may guess, Hear'say it ain't. The cover features a guy in a stovepipe type hat wearing a trout mask. You modern kids were not the first to play and listen to experimental music. I was listening dancing to the original in the early 70’sCaptain Beef heart was a master of weird sounds he was a genius his voice so full of emotion and depth and wide octave range. He played the harmonica, saxophone and harp.
He played with the magicband whose members changed with regularity.
The magicband has recently toured England, but I did not get to see them.
