Advantages: Absolutely fantastic, there's no other word to describe it Disadvantages: Silly rubber DVD nob and price can be hefty
...Dreams." The "Rural Setting" is more folksy, its most notable characteristic being the use of the fiddle and an assortment of other folk instruments (best remembered from "Concerning Hobbits" on the original album). The "Hymn Setting" is more broad in tone with an almost regretting air in its melodic line. The fourth variation is "A Hobbit's Understanding" that is the most flourishing of the four, while still retaining the simple idea at its root. It's most notable appearance comes as Frodo pulls Sam from under the water near the end of the film in "TheRoad Goes Ever On, Pt.1". In that cue the "Hymn Setting" and "Pensive Setting" also culminate one on top of the other in a beautiful show of the themes connections. As a part of these themes or appendixes, there are a few rhythmic accompaniments that create a certain thematic impression...

Advantages: All of bon jovi's great hits in one. Disadvantages: can't think of any, been thinking a little while too!!
...When I first saw the bon jovi cross road cd i was about 7 years old and thought it was just any other cd lying around my brothers bedroom. I never listened to it until I was about 13 or 14. However, once I realised what it was I was listening to I played it countless times since! It has their smash hit number 1 ''Livin' on a Prayer'' which almost anyone on the street would recognise if you were to play it on a duke box in any pub across the country. It also has another big ballad of theirs ''Wanted dead or Alive''. This has one of the most famous introductions and is one of my personal favourite riffs of all time. Its easy to play yes, but it sounds great! It almost sounds like two cowboys in the west are going out back to back to have a duel to decide over something quite serious.
Here is a brief description of each song...

Advantages: Good songs, catchy music Disadvantages: Very dated now, can show your age.
...I guess this is going to give away both my age, and terrible taste in music in one fell swoop but here goes any way..

I chose this one, or rather pestered my mother until she went with me to buy it because of the song “Manic Monday”. After that I came to like the other songs on the album and even now can remember all the words on the odd rare occasion when one gets played on the radio. Its just good cheesy pop from the height of the 80’s and I love it!
“The Bangles” consist of Vicki Peterson (plays the guitar and sings).
Michael Steele (Bass and singing)
Susannah Hoffs (Guitar and mostly lead singer)
And Debbi Peterson (Drums...
