The staff, in our experience, fell into one of two categories - either "helpful and efficient" or "friendly but hopeless". Oh, with a couple of "impolite and incompetent" thrown in for good measure. When it arrived the driver was told by a member of staff that we'd checked out and went away again, necessitating another cab and causing my partner to miss her appointment. Houmous is a very healthy food product originating from the Middle East. It is very high in protein, potassium, fibre, vitamin E and antioxidants. Consisting mainly of chickpeas and tahini (a sesame seed paste) these ingredients are crushed and blended to make a spread or dip and then flavoured using garlic and lemon juice. Nowadays there are many different variations of houmous but all derive from the original ingredients.
