Advantages: More fun than your average workout DVD Disadvantages: Not that strenuous, some bits completely useless if you dont have a pole
..., at varying levels of sexiness and skill required! But no, the breakdown that is advertised is very misleading. I'll talk you through each bit...
THE INTRODUCTION
Nicky Taylor talking about how she's a dancer, and that the DVD will help you in various ways, to be more flexible, stronger, toned, sexy, have fun etc. At this point, (and at some other times too) Nicky repeats herself, i.e "the DVD will make you flexible, supple, toned and flexible". Oh dear. Have they even rehearsed?!
THE WARM UP
Pretty standard really. A few warm up moves, nothing too exciting...
LEARN AEROBIC STRIPTEASE
OK! Here comes the exciting bit! You'd think. And it is quite good. Nicky and her two background dancers go through the moves step by step, teaching a little bit at a time then putting each bit to music, before going through the whole thing again...

‘TheRising’, released in 2002, is Springsteen’s answer to 9/11. Advantages: Inner meanings make the songs powerful and mysterious. Disadvantages: Lack of new material makes the band less well known, and thus deprives people of glorious music such as this.

Anyway – Back to the point, with the new name being broadcast around the globe, a new album was needed to go with it, and Four years on from the debut album came “Mad Season”. (2000).
Don’t be fooled, MB20 did have a helping hand to become as big...
