Well this is easily snoops best album, this album shows his class and potential. Every song on here could be a big hit and critisms are hard to find.
Snoop produces simple and effective beats accompanied by brilliant vocals. All the songs have a good beat and are very broad in terms of style this benefit as you feel that you are getting value for money.
This album is full of old school grooves and fans of this will love this album. Most of the people who feature on the songs are unknowns but this works to its advantage as they have there own unique voice and bring different styles which enhance this albums
the only critisism is probably, because of the time the lyrics are a bit too simple, but this is overshadowed by snoops voice which is remarkable.
'Gin and Juice' and 'whats my name' are easily the most reconised tunes but the other songs are close in terms of class to these songs 'murda was the case' and 'serial killer' are two songs which shine due to the catchy beats and great vocals
The only song which i find okay is 'doggy dogg world' its a bit too slow for me but many people like this song but personally its not for me
In summary its a great album and up there with one of the best of all times in terms of 'hip/hop' music. Its a must buy and can be listened over and over again.
