...One of the best things about going to the seaside is the smell of donuts. Forget the ice-creams, candy floss, hot dogs, burgers and fish and chips. If I smell donuts I follow the aroma. The year before last, I had a special offer leaflet posted through my door from Marshall Ward catalogue. I don?t bother with catalogues now as there are so many good internet sites, offering goods at such competitive and reduced prices, I don?t feel the need for mail order catalogues any more. In the leaflet was an electric donut maker listed at £20.00. I had never seen one of these before and had only ever attempted to make donuts in a deep fat frier on one occasion. They were lovely, but as the years had gone on, the deep fat frier had given up the ghost and we never replaced it as we were into our ?healthy eating? phase by then. I duly... Read review

...A cd thats a couple of years old now but still fun to listen to. I mean this cd says its meant to help you through the housework but I personally dont think it really does,if anything it distracts you,because you just start singing along to all the great tracks this album has to offer, you get caught up in the music and completely lose track of what you were doing - maybe a good thing in a way :-) Housework vol 1 is a double album that has some cracking songs that you just dont seem to hear on the radio anymore such as The Beach Boys - Help Me Rhonda and Don McLeans - American Pie. The songs on this album just make you feel good and really help to lift your spirits,but I honestly think its marketed wrong,this is a feel good album for anyone just not people doing the housework.I dont think the title of the album really represents... ...Hi, after buying this cd some time back i didnt yet realise how many good songs were actualy on this 2 disk set. Some of the well known artists which appear on here is, DJ Casper, Special D, Scooter, Kelly Llorenna, LMC vs U2, Ultrabeat, XTM and many more. (see below for full track listing) Compared to any other compilations i have purchased in the past this one has been in the cd player the longest! its great to listen to anytime of the day and basicaly anywhere, whether in your car, house or at work! This CD is a huge compilation of various artists and will be enjoyed by anyone who listen's to it. It follows the genre of more of a clubby/trance/electronic disk comapred to other 'chillout' disks.
