What about ..... BOB!!?? Bill Murray Movie
Review of What About Bob? (DVD) by  bobbetta

Advantages: light hearted funny suitable for all the family ...
Disadvantages: none really

...What about BoB? If you like Bill Murray you will LOVE this.. There are definitely no shortage's on the silly humour front ! Bill Murray stars as Bob Wiley the 'newly acquired 'patient of Dr Leo Marvin who is played by Academy Award winner Richard Dreyfuss (The Goodbye Girl,Best Actor,1977). Trouble is.. Bob is kind of anxious about being left out of reach and contact of his new Dr ,Dr Marvin, as on his initial meeting - Leo Marvin drops the bomb shell that he will be heading off on his annual family vacation and advises Bob to go to the emergency room should any problems occur during his absence . Bob is thoroughly not liking this whole situation and will do anything in order to be able to track Dr Leo in order to put his anxieties to rest. He is a very needy... Read review

A Superb Double Bill !!!
Review of Abbott And Costello - In The Foreign Legion / Meet The Keystone Cops (DVD) (DVD) by  Maximus-Qualitus

Advantages: Still funny, even today
Disadvantages: A little dated but not that much

...Abbott And Costello - Join The Foreign Legion and then Meet the Keystone Cops. = The Boys: Bud Abbott was born in1895 in New Jersey, USA. Surprisingly Lou Costello was born 1906 also in New Jersey, USA. They had both toured in ?Burlesque? but had only limited success until teaming up in 1936. But it wasn?t until 1940 until they where signed by ?Universal? and went on to make their first movie ?Night in the Tropics?. By 1950 there Star was starting to fade. Also, not all was well between the boys, as at times throughout their career together, Bud had a 60/40 split on their earnings and this had always irked Lou. Later it would surface and eventually along with the drinking and gambling and being chased by huge Tax bills, they eventually split in 1957. Sadly... Read review

THE PIANO TEACHER - (LA PIANISTE)
Review of The Piano Teacher by  Morning_Becomes_Electra

Advantages: Excellent physcological study of character.
Disadvantages: Grim, brutal, shocking scenes of a sexual nature.

... The Piano Teacher The Piano Teacher is a subtitled film of the Phycological Drama genre. Released in 2001 it is also known by it's French name La pianiste. Directed by Michael Haneke, it is based on the novel by Die Klavierspielerin which won a Nobel Prize for Literature in 2004. Graphic in it's content this film delves into the darker side of sex, including fetishism, bondage, and sado/masochism. It also touches on the delicate subject of genitalia self harm. This is not a light film, and is not recommended for family viewing. ~ I will be reviewing FILM ONLY Synopsis This is a tale revolving around a professor at a music conservatory in Vienna. Her name is Erica and she is played played by the wonderful actress Isabelle Huppert, Who has an impressive 75+ films under her belt. Erica is... Read review
