...". The techno beat is quick and unrelenting with the typical techno hi-hat noise. Dave Clarke is well reknowned for his real jack-hammer, blasting style and this song sums it up. This is one that again wouldn't be out of place in a club; the MC on this track does a great job and his hiphop style makes this track diverse. An immense piece of music from start to finish.
"Dirtbox" is quite an experimental track, the beats are dubbed at start but then it blends into a techno style. This song has a real mix of everything from hints of tribal drums and sample of old vocals that blast out of the speaker shouting "wow". The rock edge comes out ever so slightly with the slightest airing of a guitar rift before descending into pure tribal madness at the end. "Disgraceland" picks up the earlier vibe of "What Was Her Name?" and Chicks on Speed at that real...

Advantages: Wonderful musicianship Disadvantages: none unless you have a very narrow mind
...I can't believe no one has reviewed or rated this album as yet! So, what does the name Dread Zeppelin conjure up? Well, if you're thinking along thelines of Dread - could be reggae, and Zeppelin.. something to do with rock legends Led Zeppelin... you would be half way there. There's a bit more to it than that though. It is Led Zep, 'reggaefied', but with an Elvis Presley impersonator on vocals. Yep, you heard that correctly... Led Zep, reggae style with Elvis singing. Sounds nonsensical perhaps? Wrong!
Okay, the thing about this band is that they took their music very seriously... this isn't just a spoof or micky-take of Led Zep. This is a band that plays the music superbly, and actually does something you would not expect - it adds to the music of Zeppelin. Let's not forget that Zep themselves toyed with reggae a few times...

10. Am-A-Do (Bonus Track)
I would now like to talk one of the songs within this album, now been a big Bob Marley fan this was one of the latter albums I bought as I was under the impression that I had most of the tracks on it.
How I was wrong, one track on this album is far better than other material I have ever heard, no its not No Woman No Cry, it is in fact Talkin Blues.
This version is completely different...
