Advantages: Wonderful tracks like GET AWAY FROM THE DOOR that explain life of THE STRUGGLE Disadvantages: Awful tracks like I DON'T EVEN KNOW YOU that I struggled to listen to
...'s creative beat-making for Great World Entertainment, that starts the musical story of 'THE STRUGGLE' on a positive, note.
Cappadonna spits three dope verses on Cap is back, each equipped with advanced rhyme schemes and nice wordplay. He simultaneously combines emotion, entertaining delivery, knowledge, maturity and passion over a nice piece of production. However my favourite bars are represented by the beginning of Cappadonna's first verse that runs on superb rhyme schemes:
[Cappadonna - 1st verse]
I don't have to tell y'all ni**az how it is in Da Struggle
Police chasin' me down, ni**az start to bubble
Cracks and Blood ni**az in the huddle
It's rainin' cats and dogs, and kids in the puddles
Upon my visualisation of the above lyrics, Cappadonna obtains his subject matter from the grim reality of the streets, he has witnessed...

Advantages: some vintage tracks nicely compiled Disadvantages: nothing new
...My copy of this album was bought in Russia so I hope it's the same as the Amazon version. It must be a new experience to listen to Dylan's all American music for many over there, since Glasnost, I suppose.
I never could afford to buy much of even my favourite music so if all the people who listened to Bob Dylan were like me, it's a wonder he became a millionaire at all. Intended for a tragic cowboy story, like so many Dylan songs, it's drama is it's simplicity.
The CD begins...

Advantages: New Wu! What else can I say? Disadvantages: Moves away from eastern influence
...After 4 years since Wu-Tang Forever the Wu once again grace us with their presence, this time stepping slightly away from the sounds of the Shaolin.
The album has its moments but also, uncharacteristically, carries some weak links.
1. Chamber Music - Nice intro song with a good beat, average.
2. Careful Click Click - Bouncy beat with ok lyrics.
3. Hollow Bones - dreadfulbeat in my opinion.
4. Redbull feat. Redman - Good track with a nice horn loop, Redman doesn't disappoint here.
5. One Blood Under W feat. Junior Reid - err, no comment, lets just say unneccessary.
6. Conditioner feat. Snoop Dogg - The only ODB appearance on the LP featuring Snoop Dogg, not great quality, sounded like ODB recorded his stuff down the phone, well he was on the run!
7. Protect Ya Neck (The Jump Off) - Great upbeat track with all the members shining...
