Advantages: good music,various artists, good value for money, enjoyable Disadvantages: not for absolutely everyone
I have had Dj Hypes drum and bass arena album since around christmas last year, and i am still not bored of it.
It has a lot of different artists on it, with a range of different types of drum and bass.
I love to listen to this album when driving, tidying the house, or just doing nothing. it is a really good back round album when i have friends round too, as everyone enjoys the music it has on it.
I also love to dance to the songs on this album, but i do not let many people see me doing that !!!
I would really reccomend this album to anyone, it could suit many peoples music taste.
It is also pretty good value for money, seeing as there are so many artists on it. ...
three great mix cds in one pack and mixedby the legendary
dj hype. this cd is full of every style of drumnbass.
this is a great way of hearing all styles in one mix set, from jump up to jazzy, dark and ragga and more soulfull tracks.
not many people mix all style when djing drumnbass but
hype does it and does it well. best thing of all they decided not
to have an mc rapping over the tune and this is a great advantage to this cd and just lets the music do the talking.
there are also a few vocal tracks on this cd aswell.
there are so many styles/genres of drumnbass aspecially in britain [home of dnb] this cd really does all justice.
there has some great exclusives versions of tracks on this as well which makes it even more special. everyone should have a copy of this for sure and even people that dont like drumnbass ...

A six CD box set which showcases a huge selection of tracks from the drum and bass scene.
Drum and bass has gained huge popularity over the years and has gained alot of followers thanks to its breaknecks speeds of drums, bass and sample ridden madness. These tracks show you what is all about and my gosh there is alot of them.
The tracks span right back to the early nineties and some can sound very dated but interesting nether the less. Producers which stand out on the album are the big heavy weights such as 'Dillinja' with his awesome track 'Grimey' with its huge pitch bending bass synth and the unforgettable vocal sample, this one will keep you going till the early hours. Then there is J-magik, with his equally powerful but more jazzy power rhythms.
If your a fan of this hi speed music you will defenitely find this box set ...
