Blink 182 – Dude Ranch
There is a big cow on the ranch on the cover stare it, out don’t blink. The album was released in 1997 by cargo/mca records the cd is produced by Mark Trombino. The band members are: Mark Hoppus on bass and vocals, Tom DeLonge on guitar and vocals and Scott Raynor on the drums.
Just to give you a taster of this top quality album here is a list of tracks with some lyrics from them. 1. PATHETIC – I know I’m pathetic, I knew when she said it a loser a bum’s what she called me.
2. VOYUER– And when the day end’s I’m sure she feels sorrow, the lonely guy that I am, I wait for change.
3. DAMMIT – It’s all right to tell me what you think about me, Iwon’t try to argue or hold it against you.
4. BORING – You don’t need nothing and I know that you won’t even try, don’t wait for me to help you.
5. DICK LIPS – Please mom you ground me all the time I know that I was right all along.
6. WAGGY – Watching your house shrink away in my rear view mirror as I drive away.
7. ENTHUSED – Am I strung out crazy or not allowed to be the one who gets stupid over you.
8. UNTITLED – I think of a while ago we might have had it all.
9. APPLE SHAMPOO – She did’nt mean to deceive you believe me but sometimes.
10. EMO – One more time you will laugh about it and he’ll never try to give you more.
11. JOSIE – Yeah my girlfriend takes me home when I’m too drunk to drive.
12. A NEW HOPE – I’ve got her in my head all night when I go to bed.
13. DEGENERATE – Crossed the street naked at night, bent over to show some moonlight.
14. LEMINGS – A freight train to the right felling that stings of pride.
15. I’M SORRY – Don’t hide your time cause it’s almost over I know your down but I’ll see you around.
ENTHUSED is my favoourit track on the album because is describes how confusing girls can be at the best of times
My least favorite track is pathetic because it is all about self pitty
I would recommend this album to anyone who asked me. It’s well worth the £9.99 I paid for it when it was released in WH SMITHS, but now the price has gone up to £12.99. I would have still bought it at this price because it a very well put together album, and this group is getting better all the time.
