I would recommend it for a listen and the good tunes with catchy melody that accompany it.

Advantages: Good songs Disadvantages: Reality check needed in places
After a much-needed break from touring, Kiss came back with an album thatwas to full of controversy and the butt of a joke in the recent film 'Detroit Rock City'.
Having released a greatest hits album, 4 solo albums, comic books and film (poor), Kiss decided to make an album that leaned towards the music of the times. Let's be fair here - Dynasty is not a disco album throughout, but who can deny that 'I Was Made For Lovin' You' and 'Sure Know Something' were of the Saturday Night Fever persuasion?
It was Ace and Gene that rung the bell of sensibility with their contributions - 'Hard Times' by Ace told the gritty reality of growing up in New York, whilst Gene played on the Demon/Rock Star imagery in 'X Ray Eyes' and 'Charisma'.
This was an album that had more singles taken from it than any other album by Kiss I can remember. ...
Advantages: Is there any? Disadvantages: Bland rubbish
Licking their wounds from the Press' attack on their Disco sellout album Dynasty, Kiss return to the studio and create something that is best described as a complete mish-mash of songs.
There are only a few good tracks on here - 'Tomorrow' and 'Shandi' being two, which rise above the drudge that Gene and Ace produce.
'She's So European'? What were you on when that was wrote Gene?
The band's popularity suffered in the USA, so they decided to go to Australia and Europe to promote what was a very un-Kiss-like album.
To top it all, they weren't unmasked! This was to come about just 3 short years later.
Pick this up if it's in a bargain bin or second-hand. Do not part with your cash for a new copy at full price. ...
Advantages: Kiss at their finest hour Disadvantages: It's their last studio album!
Who would have thought that the grandmasters of pomp and ceremony would ever get back together again after some 15 years of being apart?
From the time that they tentatively recorded 'Unplugged', until the day they stomped onstage, we all thought that they might do a song or two that was new. What happened next was an album that should have come out after Creatures of the Night (or sooner - forget Dynasty!).
From the very start of the Carnival background sounds to its climax, Psycho Circus is the rock and roll over Kiss needed to make! Even if at first sight the track names are cheesy (I pledge allegiance to state of rock and roll?!) the sound and catchiness is very present.
It's just a pity they won't crank out a couple of more before they put their codpieces out to pasture... ...
