This album should be great addition to any rock-nu-metal fans collection. The stand out tracks are 'Outside' and the heart felt 'Waste' and the US single 'Its been a while'. These tracks are all relatively mellow but there are some louder tracks such as 'Can't Believe' which show their nu-metal roots clearly. They can also do ballads which Ephipany proves. They have the backing or the Rock superstar Fred Durst who sang with Aaron Lewis(Lead Singer) live at Family Values, this version can be heard as a bonus track at the end of the album. The lyrics are some what more intelligent that some of the other bands around at the moment like Papa Roach and Slipknot and even Limp Bizkit, they are on par with the intelligent Lyrics of the Deftones. Yes this isnt the most in your face rock album ever but its one of the best of recent times.
