Advantages: A unique musical style in un-unique times Disadvantages: None
...is as it sounds a knock at peoples shortcomings in more than one department, if you get my drift!
I could sit and diagnose the elements of each song, but I'll be destroying the real beauty of Lily Allen's music and that's in your own personal self discovery of her work. Needless to say I highly applaud Lily Allen she is a fantastic breath of fresh air, a totally inspirational artist and one that still has her feet planted firmly on the ground. Better still this album has no filler tracks each one stands up alone and has the ability to receive individual release.
As if a testament to my statement Lily Allen has a myspace page which she visits and updates herself regularly and if you send her a message she will most certainly reply within a timeframe (don't expect an immediate response) Lily makes a point of answering as many legitimate messages...

Advantages: An upbeat and funky pop masterclass, winningly sung Disadvantages: Overblown at times, and eminently disposable
..., the stories will grow a bit tiresome. But, in this case, not too much.
The music - well put-together by a range of producers - is consistently a reason to keep on listening once Allen's words have started to lose their grip. There are few times when the music drops from anything less than fun, with only Mark Ronson's "Littlest Things" spoiling the mixture a little with a heavy-handed 1950's detective fiction piano dominating proceedings. Yes, that was convoluted, and I appreciate your concern - I'm fine, though. Allen has a very pretty little voice when she wants to, though...

Advantages: Playing for England Disadvantages: ENG-ER-LAND
...this is the best football song ever recorded, and that includeds the the skinner and badiel debacle. I dont know if new order like football because im led to believe keith allen wrote most of the lyrics which are spot on. The song itself typical of new order's brand of the madchester sound but they prefered keyboards and big beats to charlatans moody guitars. The best part is the piano break and then John barnes gives it some with his trade mark rapping. If you seen the video to the song Keith Allen is cracking him up....
