Early Years, The - Poison Idea

Advantages: A good round up of his work, great for new fans.
Disadvantages: Not worth it for diehard fans. as you probably have most of it already.

...This is a great buy if you have heard a few of his hits, such and poison and schools out and want to hear more. It plays most of his hits from over the years, tho I would prefer to hear some more early ones. However for diehard fans like myself, it wasnt worth the buy as i only got it for a few songs I haven't got and it would have been better to buy those Albums. But over all a great cd! Alice cooper is a great clasic rock and the original shock rocker, so if you are interested in that kinda stuff and havent heard much of his stuff, buy this! You will get Hooked in his Nightmare!... You had Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Guns N' Roses, Motley Crue, Aerosmith, and, of course - Poison. Formerly known as Paris, Poison was formed in 1984 by singer Bret Michaels, bassist Bobby Dall, and drummer Rikki Rockett. After traveling from Harrisburg, PA, to Los Angeles, CA, the band added guitarist C.C. Deville to their lineup. Like most bands of the time, Poison had their ups and downs, for every major success there were also disappointments, but the band kept going, kept making great music, and to this day they are still together, while most of the other bands fell apart. Advantages: A great collection of the best of the prodigy through the past 15 years
Disadvantages: Second disc is not as good - but still a good listen

...What can I say - this is the best collection of their work from their early rave influenced prodigy experience to the more modern hard dance. The Prodigy have constantly evolved their music to stay ahead of the times yet stayed true to themselves. Because of the changes in their style the prodigy have stayed at the top of their game and have remained innovative within their field. This collection pulls the most notable tracks from all their previous albums. You are taken on a random journey throughout the prodigy experience which begins back in 1990 with tracks such as "Charly" and "Out of Space" then moving onto the more hard dance tracks such as "Their Law", "Poison" and my all time dance favourite "No Good (start the dance)".
