Advantages: good to chill out to Disadvantages: not everyones cup of tea
...This album is really good...
For someone who is into a lot of rock and metal etc. this is a really good chill out album.
The songs are all really catchy, believe me you'll catch yourself singing it all the time.
In my opinion this is Alabama3's best album although i was surprised it didn't get the hype i thought it would with the soprano's theme tune.
You'll either love or hate this album, i let some of my friends listen to it as they were going to be a T in the park but they didn't appreciate it (but then again they mostly like pop and rap)
I think good advice for this album would be to download a song such as "too sick to pray" or "woke up this morning" before you buy it. if you like these then i'm sure you would like the rest....

Advantages: poignant concept, intelligent lyrics, upbeat tunes. Disadvantages: some people could find the death/illness theme a little overwhelming.
...were not dark, downbeat and depressing, but in some cases uplifting and poignant. It's easy to see why "Welcome to the Black Parade" was a hit. Stand out tracks for me were "Cancer" (a track that never fails to bring a tear to my eye), "Sleep" and "I Don't Love You (I love the expressiveness of Way's voice; makes the track that little bit more sincere). All emotive, heartfelt songs, cleverly disguised with upbeat and sometimes anthemic tunes that could get you dancing.
It's easy to overlook MCR as just another rock band aimed at all the "emo-kids", but "The Black Parade" highlights how talented they are, right from Gerard Way's intelligent and heartfelt lyrics, to music that sounds like it's inspired by great bands such as Queen and The Doors (The verses in "Mama" being reminiscent of "Alabama Song" for me). Not just and album...

Advantages: Some great old time classics Disadvantages: may not appeal to all
..."Sweet Home Alabama" the movie, is excellent as is the soundtrack to go alongside it.
It includes old time classics from artists such as Dolly Parton. It also has newer music and covers from country singers etc.
The soundtrack includes:
Sweet Home Alabama - Jewel (Pop);
Mine All Mine - Shedaisy;
Falling Down - Avril Lavigne;
Gonna Make You Love Me - Ryan Adams;
To Think I Used To Love You (DJ Homicide mix) - Uncle Kracker;
Keep Your Hands To Yourself - Calling (The);
Bring On The Day - Charlotte Martin;
Long Gone Lonesome Blues - Sheryl Crow;
You Got Me - Jason Chan;
Now That I Know - Shannon McNally;
Marry Me - Dolly Parton;
Weekend Song - Freestylers;
MEDLEY: Felony Melanie/Sweet Home Alabama Suite - George Fenton.
A lovely and romantic soundtrack just like the movie itself. I have been listening to it in the car so much...
