The Moss Valley lies in north-east Derbyshire just a few miles to the south-east of Sheffield. The Valley follows the course of the Moss Brook, one of the cleanest Rivers in the area. the chips, I tend to find oven chips a little dry but with this sauce they are nice and more than edible.
The sauce is described on the package as being "a chipshop style sauce" and though the sauce is delicious, it is nowhere near as nice as chipshop curry. The sauce would be suitable for all palates with it being flavourful and spicy, rather than being so hot that it takes the skin from your tongue.
