The Time Machine album, released in 1993 is a new offering of Satriani's work as well as a slight look back on his old work with an added cd with some of his older tracks on, almost like a mini best of! Some live tracks added in are a pleasant addition. ...Song One of my all time favourites, it starts out with the familiar, almost dry drum sounds accompanying a rhythm guitar playing a very simple two chord riff (which for me is addictively catchy!), but simple is effective on this song so we like it! The introduction of the harmonics makes another nice change to the song giving it a different sound over his other songs. ...albums to stand out. Magnetic Fields Part 1- There are several different sections to part one and i do like them all. I like the 1st bit because it's upbeat but sufficiently trancy enough for modern clubbers to still enjoy & want to buy as a chill out but it's still something you could dance to. That's basically the opening 6 minutes. You then get a quietish section which eventually becomes a track I am convinced sounds a whole lot like Fishing ...
...as its quite uplifting. Magnetic Fields Part 2 - It's known and loved It's been used on the telly & for adverts, its been copied by every synth band known to man I think it was also used on the C64 version of Bombjack as background music. Magnetic Fields Part 3 - the track that reminds me of Orient Express (again from Concerts In China) because of the train sounds on the intro, This is a very "plinky plonky " track. Its a good album. a couple of songs that arent what ive come to expect of his normal class judging by previous albums i have of his. Still very smooth and classy though and some really good catchy songs that you swing along to. I particularly 'recommend ive got the world on a string' and also his version of 'thats life' 'Me and Mrs Jones' features apparently Emily Blunt (his latest squeeze) doing backing vocals. Shes not bad, but theres not really ...
...would say if your just getting introduced to Mr Buble, try one of the other albums first, Id recommend 'its time' id say thats his best. Ive also seen him live and hes very entertaining, definately gives you your moneys worth live! Dont judge him by this album, though its good in its own way. ... Read review

It's great that Chant Music For Paradise has been released and has done so well in the charts. The cover is a clear indication of how peaceful it is.
