Advantages: Sound Quality is perfect, best performance seen from Satch to date. Disadvantages: Special Features not so good
This is an absolute \'must buy\' for Satch fans! This is his most polished and inspiring performance to date. The sound quality is top notch and the new line up gives a real tight ,solid sound to all tracks. The tack listing is well balanced and provides long time favorites mixed with more recent material. The new Peavey amp sounds fantastic on this DVD. Ok, it doesn\'t have Stu Ham on Bass, but the new Bassist (Dave Larue) locks in better (Im my ... ...he does best! Rhythm guitar duties by Galen Hansen are spot on and he too locks in well to the groove with the others.
Extra features arn\'t anything special, but this is more than made up for by the main event!!
I\'ve seen this DVD 4 times now and its just as good on 4th viewing as it was on the 1st! ...

...is a traditional hymn that Camilla performs wonderfully, recently you may have also heard Faryl Smith singing this on her sophmore album (as well as her debut) Wonderland and while both versions are beautiful, I found Camilla’s more pleasing. ...It Is sounds like blues, it's just like milder version of SRV with piano instead of guitar, but it still sound consistent with the rest of the tracks, bringing freshness to this jazzy climate. Song For You is definitely a highlight of this CD with Chris Botti, an established trumpeter, playing nice, atmospheric passages through this track. Classic Frank Sinatra's interpretation of this tune needs no introduction, because I've Got You Under My ... ...his way with elegance and a touch. Stevie Wonder's You And I closes the album with gentle sounds of piano and orchestra. There are two bonus tracks Dream a Little Dream and Mack the Knife appearing on this CD.
