Puts the traditon back into Christmas

Advantages: Reminds you of christmas as a child and helps recreate a family christmas atmosphere
Disadvantages: Absoultely none

I bough this CD a few years ago now for my daughter and must admit it is a really festive CD. The songs are all ones that you will recongnise and love and so will your children over the years. Disadvantages: Odd mixture of music on the Uplifting disc

A voice for a night for two ;)

Advantages: stylish performance, consistent through all tracks
Disadvantages: lots of covers (but that's what Michael does)

...It Is sounds like blues, it's just like milder version of SRV with piano instead of guitar, but it still sound consistent with the rest of the tracks, bringing freshness to this jazzy climate. Song For You is definitely a highlight of this CD with Chris Botti, an established trumpeter, playing nice, atmospheric passages through this track. Timeless Voice

Advantages: Outstanding singing, some excellent instrumental and vocal arrangements
