I purchased my Wild Yams root from Holland and Barrett but made by Good and natural for what I thought was a fair price (around £6.00 I think at the time). The lady in the article also recommended taking agnus castus as well so I also bought some of that. There is clear-labelled information on the back of the bottle. Wild yam root is also known as Dioscorea villosa.
-Directions-
Take two capsules daily preferably with meals or with tea by breaking open the capsules and adding hot water. Do not exceed stated dose.

That?s a good start I thought! It actually contains the product I am after!

I am trying to find a solution for PMT, like many other women I suffer (well everyone else around me does). I have tried many things to ease the symptoms and nothing seems to work.

Wild Yam Root - Dioscorea Villosa
This product is known for it saponins or other constituents which have similar properties to progesterone(diosgein). The use of Wild Yam is for many female problems including PMS and menopause. It is thought to produce sweat making the hot flushes easier to deal with.

Advantages: A natural remedy that really works Disadvantages: none!
Note - If you're a bloke you may not want to read on, I know how squeamish you get... although I've tried not to be at all graphic here.
