Foo Fighters: Echoes,Silence,Patience and Grace.

A superb album by The Foo Fighters it is the 6th album released by them. Released in september 2007 the opening track ' The Pretender' was a big hit.
Dave Grohl was inspired to write this album by his daughter violet.

Dave Grohl:Lead vocals, guitarist, piano.
Taylor Hawkins:Drumer,backing vocals.
Nate Mendel: bassist.
Chris shiflett:Guitarist,backing vocals.

1.)The pretender: a totally amazing song! i dont think that the Foo Fighters could have done better than this song its perfect and the video is smashing.

2.)Let it die: this is a lighter song than The pretender but half way through it gets heavier but yet another great song.

3.)Erase/Replace:well i dont exactly listen to this song much as its not one of my favourites but its still an ok song.

4.)Long road to ruin:this is a brilliant song and gain another good video to go with the song.

5.)Come alive:this is a soft song i quite like this one but its like 'Let it die' half way through it goes heavier which for me wrecked this song.

6.)Stranger things have happened:this to me a good song its a bit like a slow country song only without the accent.

7.)Cheer up boys(your make-up is running):this is a cool song i like the start and the ending makes it perfect.

8.)Summers end: i personally dont like this song it reminds me a bit like oasis sure oasis are good but this band is the Foo Fighters they are better than oasis.

9.)Ballad of beaconsfield miners: another song that starts off a bit like a country western with the guitar picking but there is no sing in this one it is just instrumental

10.)Statues:this is a good song its like a smooth song all the way through no heavy metal chorous or anything this is a perfect song.

11.)But honestly:this is another great soobg in this one you can tell that Dave sings with great passion.

12.)Home:im not so sure about this song its ok but im not so sure if its the Foo Fighters.

13.)Once&For all(DEMO)(Bonus track): this is the type of song i will listen to in my bedroom sitting sown reading my kerrang! magazines to. i think its the type of song to get you in the mood for music.

14.)Seda(bonus track):another country like start its another smooth song but the lyrics to this one fit perfectly.
