The opening to this song will remind fans of the Kill Bill films. It has a similar rhythm and sound. This is quite a sharp, jerky piece with a good guitar tune. The track becomes slightly more mellow towards the middle and then jolts back to action and continues to follow this pattern throughout. Can definitely compare this track to the main theme...

...Crack open the white lighting, oh quality-deprived indie children - City slang, alt-pop's most faithful benefactor, is ten years young. And what finer way to celebrate a decade of inspired esoterica than this cockle-warming grab-bag of rarities and previously unavailable lovelies?
Necessarry or evil?? The former, with pop-shaped bells on. Includes ace tracks by Wheat and Gods own mariachi house-band. And no house is a home without Lambchop: here you get a remix of "up with people" It is, naturally, tremendous!
Basically, what I have just said is that I reckon that this is a cool album for a any one to buy who really fancies getting into the world of indie!! There really are some pretty cool tunes on there, and any music fans would appreciate them!!...

‘Hot Rail’, released back in 2000, is the third proper album by Arizona’s Calexico. Centred around the American duo of Joey Burns (vocals, guitar, bass, cello and other instruments) and John Convertino (drums, marimba, percussion, accordion and others), they produce a type of music that blends the cultures of both sides of the Mexican border. With the help of numerous extra musicians, they skilfully blend together many different musical styles including rock, country, jazz and mariachi to form a sound unique to themselves.
This album mostly concentrates on the more Hispanic elements of their music. Spanish guitar is prevalent throughout and so are Mexican mariachi horns. Only six tracks out of the fifteen have lyrics, but those that do are poetic and only...
