This album from the French pair of artists (Nicolas Godin and Jean-Benoît Dunckel) is a great chillout CD. Many of the songs have no lyrics are are simply a keyboard and a bass guitar comining to make a jazzy and ambient sound. The songs sound quite experimental and although relaxing are not boring. One of my favorite songs "All I Need" is from this album, the lyrics are in English and sung by Beth Hirsch who has a beautiful voice. The tracks such ...
...are some of the best to listen to because the focus is more on the music than the lyrics. However, the lyrics where they are used are thought provoking and have a good sound. The band's name stands for Amour, Imagination, Rêve, which means Love, Imagination, Dream. These sentiments definitely come across in this album. ...

Angles is electro hip-hop at its best, every song's a poem

Advantages: The beautifully weird electro provided by Dan Le Sac; Scroobius Pip's flowing poetry
Disadvantages: Slightly self-righteous; occasionally the lyrics cannot be heard clearly

Angles is the opening effort from UK act Dan Le Sac VS Scroobius Pip, and it's awesome. Review of Angles - Dan Le Sac & Scroobius Pip

A lovely down tempo album to be lazy to

Advantages: A beautifully produced collection of 'lazy' music
Disadvantages: None this album is sublime

Air have grown up with this album, it for me is their best. I know most people think I'm mad, but for me each track conjures up a different image of what I would be doing had I all the money I need. They've kept away from the more upbeat drum and synth line programming the Moon Safari had and replaced it with really intricate layering of instruments, and have brought out their guitars. that just seem to float around you, forcing you to relax. Lost Horizons have been found!

Lost Horizons is an amazing collection of EPs put together to create this superb album by the the genious group that is Lemon Jelly. It's their second album after KY and released way back 2002. It's a mix of instrumental sounds and samples designed to give you a relaxed and mellow easy listening experience. It has an organic feel, along with the album cover and delivers some outstanding and experimental music that will lift you into new horizons. ...
