Advantages: A unique musical experience! Disadvantages: none
...than in the average ND album.
There are a couple of tracks I don't like much - track 3 'Hollaback Girl' ("this shit is bananas, B-A-N-A-N-A-S"), and track 14, one of the so-called 'bonus' tracks, 'What you waiting for?' as cheesy elevatormusic, even on the first playing I couldn't be bothered to listen to that through to the end. There are also a couple of tracks which I'm not keen on, but the album in general grows on you the more you listen.
My own musical taste veers more towards the punky, rocky end of the spectrum, so even with Gwen at the helm, a "little dance record" was never really going to rock my world. Nevertheless, this is a polished and impressive debut. With No Doubt on the back-burner, a fashion label and a movie career in the offing, it just goes to show, this woman really *can* do anything.

Advantages: Great musicmanship Disadvantages: Not for everyone
...Megadeth in 1999, it was an amicable depature with Friedman citing a need for musical growth for his reasons for leaving. Since then he has released three albums to go with his four previous solo outings.
"Music for Speeding" sees Friedman use his usual blend of sweep picking, shred, and palm muted riffs to deliver some good examples of guitar music. His unique approach to scales and willingness to leave set scale peramaters makes sure the songs are not generic. "Cheer Girl Rampage" utilises the cheer girl song melody while Friedman plays fast licks and vibrato technique solos with abandon, it has a sense of choatic fun which truly comes across. "Fuel Injection Stingray" is another fast paced rocker where Friedman uses pedal effects to get the desired atmosphere.
The standout song is "Corazon de Santiago" which starts with a clean guitar...

Advantages: great to llisten to Disadvantages: some disappointing songs
...Gwen stefani has gone solo leaving her old band no doubt behind her. Her new solo album is called' Love .angel .music. baby '(the names of her harajuku girls -the japanese dancers that perform with her)
the album features famous artists such as , eve ,johnny vulture, and andre 3000.
It has 2 bonus tracks 'the real thing'with wendy and lisa flow in it as a jam mix which is produced by nellee hooper
and the second being 'what you waiting for?' elevator mix by greg collins and brian key-mu purely instrumental and rather boring for those fans of gwen stefani lets the album down.
