I read a magazine article recently about how many people in the music industry have had more success since their death than they could ever have imagined. Elvis is undoubtedly one of those people, and when you consider how successful he was when he was alive, keeping his legacy alive is no mean feat. He is probably one of the most well known names in the whole of the world, and his rise to fame followed by his demise through drugs and drink is well ... ...how revolutionary he was, and how many risks he took, both musically and personally. This latest collection of his songs was released at the beginning of October this year, and following on from the success of his Number 1's CD, this is a surefire way to ensure that his name remains on the lips and in the minds of music lovers, but I did wonder if it would be one for the diehard fans out there, as it seems to jumping on the bandwagon of remastered ...
