Disadvantages: None that i can think of!

I've wrote reviews of other albums by Magma which are one of my favourite bands. So if you are not familiar on there background please check them out! Parts of this new and latest work by Magma can be heard on earlier works. Namely ' Inedits' and ' Kohntarkosz on BBC Londres 1974' . This is undoubtedly one of 'Magmas' finest albums ever. Hearkening back to there classic mid 70' period . I was astounded upon first listening to this one, as most of there more recent works were much more commercial and only hinted at there earlier classic ' Zeuhl ' style. What we have here though is Vanders ever present superb drums mixed with the interweaving complexities of bass , guitar , piano , synths and vocals. All in there greatest tradition. Magma ' Inedits '

Advantages: If you can get past the recording quality....the music!
Disadvantages: Recording is dire!!

Although this CD contains some really good ' Magma ' music i really cannot recommend it. This really is for die hard fans or Magma completists only. It does however feature an array of great ' Magma ' musicians. Unfortunately though it consists of only mainly out takes , impromptu sessions etc.......The real bad thing though is that the entire disc is almost totally ruined by the recording quality. Although the CD version fares a liitte better than my old vinyl issue...it's still pretty dire to say the least....the cover is also pretty drab...i'm not sure why this was released in the first place.......best to give this one a miss really unless like i say your a fan/ completist. Just thought i would warn potential buyers on this one ...sorry i cannot be more positive about it! ...

Advantages: Answer Phone, 3 phones, Conference call.
Disadvantages: Accessing answer phone

Whilst out browsing the High Street Sales after Christmas (as you do), I came across the One.Tel Magma 300 Phone package. Up until now we have always just had the 1 phone in the house. And having had to rush downstairs on numerous occasions only for the phone to stop ringing, it was about time to get more than 1 phone. *PACKAGING* The phones came in quite a big box. The phones were nicely laid out in a cardboard container shaped to fit all the accessories. They were then covered with a plastic lid, which was also moulded to the phones. The box had a clear plastic top so that you can easily see the contents. Removing the contents was very easy, and most of the packaging can be recycled. *CONTENTS* Magma Handset x 3 Magma Base/charger (1 main base, 2 charger base units.) 6 x AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries (1.2v 650 m ...
