When's the next one EM. I cant Explain how much I love Eminems music, His Lyrical concept his pure genius, these are my opinions, I understand other people would rather kill Em that shake his hand.
I don't think this is marshal's best album, with a little mix between some of these tracks and some from the Eminem Show and you've got your self a bang in CD.

As most of us know, Eminem (MARSHALL MATHERS) writes all of his lyrics to do with real life events, example track 6, was something to do with the war in Iraq and George Bush, I'm not sure with some of his songs what they are about.
I personally just enjoy to listen to they way the lyrics are put together and performed. If you have seen the videos to his songs the way he explains a story to go with the songs.
That sounds like all songs, the lyrics are the story and the videos are the visual aid of that story, I just Find Eminems, Story's , raps what ever you want to call them, I find them explained to me on another level.
Advantages: The first good rapper Disadvantages: explicit lyrics
To start with Encore is the second album of the great slim shady and this time he has brought to us 20 great tracks, all to do with what he has learned from his real life experiences.
track listing : Curtains up

He realeased mosh, just lose it, toy soldiers, mockingbird, ass like that, all top ten chart hits which goes to show what a success the rest of the album could be.

Advantages: Brilliant music, lyrics and drama in the videos Disadvantages: Lyrics are a little vulgar at times but only to express his feelings
What can I say about Marshall Mathers a.k.a Eminem, he is just one of the best rappers that has ever existed if you ask me. No one can even be compard to him if you ask him. Eminem has been my favourite singer cum rapper for most of my life, and I'm really crazy about his music. Eminem is one guy who loves to rap about his life. Everything about his life can be known, his songs are so meaningful and are so melodious that you just dwell into the song. ... ...for the parts where he adds comedy is really commendable. His language may not be appropriate for some ages but they are only for expressing his feelings. Eminem has always been and will always be my most favourite rapper. If you havent heard him before I suggest you do and I'm sure you'll love him as well. ...

Advantages: Catchy tunes Disadvantages: Unoriginal and mediocre
PLEASE DO NOT RATE THIS REVIEW AS I AM CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF RE-WRITING EACH REVIEW! THANKS!
Well what can I say about this?
Everyone loves Eminem and loves his work bu I find that his work has become uninspired and unoriginal since the Marshall Mathers LP.
There is no denying that Mr. Mathers can rhyme his lyrics and lay down a fairly catchy 'pop' tune. Yes! I said pop tune because let's be honest that is all it is. Does anyone believe ... ...fans of Mr.Mathers that they check out his earlier albums (Slim Shady and Marshall Mathers LP's) if they havent already or check out the older work by the N.W.A, Dre or Snoop Dogg if they want the real stuff.
Diluted, unoriginal, mediorce and just plain poor.
Eminem really did peak in 2000. There's only one way from there. Down. ...

This is the first review iv wrote so please excuse any mistakes that i might make. Well down to the review, what can i tell you all about this album or Eminem that most of you dont already know, i know the album is a little bit dated now but it still one of my favourite rap albums off times and i listen to alot of rap although alot of people would disagree and say its not. Fair enough theres alot of talented rappers out there but in my opinion they ... ...a different style and fair enough Eminem basically raps about the same stuff in all his albums but he does it with a different style everytime. People say Eminem has his own unique style..i think he's got 4 or 5 of his own unique styles. I heard Eminem say in an interview once that everytime hes making a new album he makes sure the new album sounds better and will do better than the last or he wouldnt release it and this album is no exception, 20 ...

Encore - Eminem
Now I am not a great fan of Eminem however I bought this cd when I first heard 'Mosh', track 8, I'll expand on this later. I then heard all this stuff about Eminem retiring, this was his last album etc., etc. I am a fan of Dr Dre however, and as he produced the album that helped to persuade me.
So it was with a critical ear that I first listened to it. The fact I still have it four years after it's release is testament to the fact I like it, otherwise it would have been boot sale bound by now.
The booklet inside has all the lyrics, I like that; and lots of 'set up' photo's, bit too much gun imagery for me but there you go, this is his style.
The tracks:
1. (Curtains Up - Encore version)
No needed, just a soundclip of the audience waiting for him. 0/10 not a good start however....
2. Evil Deeds ...
Advantages: Great production, a few good songs, Disadvantages: Nonsensical and stupid for the most part, he isn't even bothering
After the excellent Eminem Show once again reinforced in my opinion that not only is Eminem the best rapper but is extremely consistent. Therefore to say I was looking forward to this album would be a huge understatement. It would be nothing less than truly brilliant because after all it's Eminem. Those perceptions were only strengthened with the leaking Of We As Americans a terrific song in it's own right but sadly not present on the album.
The production on this album is once again handled in house which means that we get a lot of Dr Dre production as well as Eminem's own production talents. Thankfully the production is absolutely nop notch, delivering bouncy, multi layered synthand keyboard driven beats , to dark multi layered beats, all of which create the right atmosphere or at least should do. This has always been something which ...
Advantages: Yet another great realease from Eminem Disadvantages: If you haven't liked his previous albums there is nothing you will like here, if you don't know a lot about him some tracks may not make much sense
a whole song and I didn't say s**t ."
BIG WEENIE
**************
This song is about someone who is jealous of Eminem. It doesn't have a great tune and the beat is fairly boring but to hear Eminem call anyone "a meanie" is hilarious.
"You walk around and say,
All kinds of really mean things,
About me cuz you're a meanie, a meanie."
EM CALLS PAUL
*******************
This is Eminem's phone call back to Paul regarding the Michael Jackson/Just Lose It video situation. This is one of the funniest thing I've ever heard, he talks in a funny voice and quotes as many Michael Jackson song titles as he can fit in. I love this, most skits I find rather boring after the first few listens but I love this one. It's only down point is the way he speaks on this track scares the hell out of my 4 month old daughter! The CD does have a parental ...

Personnel: Eminem (rap vocals); D-12, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Nate Dogg, Obie Trice, Stat Quo (rap vocals). Producers: Dr. Dre; Mike Elizondo; Eminem; Mark Batson; Luis Resto. While Eminem has revealed levels of depth far beyond his Slim Shady persona, few could have anticipated "Mosh," the second single from his 2004 release, ENCORE. This song, by one of music's most controversial artists, features Em focusing his rage like never before, ultimately calling on the youth of America to rise up and vote. While his brilliantly scathing tirade against President George W. Bush didn't lead to the politician's defeat, it certainly captured the country's attention and attempted to raise listeners' political awareness. It also effectively increased the already-huge stature of the expectation-defying Detroit rapper only a few weeks before his highly anticipated fourth record's release. ENCORE is far from a letdown, as Eminem's twisted mind continues to produce razor-sharp rhymes, whether examining the world (the aforementioned "Mosh"), venting his spleen ("Puke"), exploring his soul ("Like Toy Soldiers") or just being plain silly ("My 1st Single"). While Em's inclination towards the shocking is well documented, other than "Mosh," the record is relatively toned-down; he even apologizes for racist comments made on a 1993 underground tape. However, that's not to imply that the proceedings are low-key; ENCORE burns with the fire of a master lyricist letting his words loose on whatever crosses his mind.
