...The essential R&B collection is a very good collection of love songs. they offer songs from various artists and while a few dont really qualify as love songs most of them really set up a romantic atmosphere. This CD is perfect for a candlelight dinner or any other special event you have for that special someone. It also has songs which are perfect if you want to ask a girl to a dance and need that song. However, be wary of the lyrics because many songs are ment for spouses rather than couples. Overall a very good CD. If you are looking for an extremely large amount of slow romantic songs than this collection definately delivers. I definately reccomend this CD.... Read review

...The CD includes all the season 1 songs and songs that inspired the show. If you love the show Hannah Montana, then you are sure to love this CD with the songs from the show including: Just like you, pumping up the party etc. Other songs that are on this inspired the show include: Jesse Mccartney- Shes no you and others like pop princess. To sum up the CD is compiled with various artists so its not just Hannah Montana. But thats about it, so if you are a fan I am sure you are going to love this CD and it will having you dancing round the house to all the songs that you love listening to from the show Hannah Montana.... Advantages: Fantastic variety of genres to cover Chage & Aska's amazing legacy
Disadvantages: Some lyrics aren't directly or loosely translated from the originals

...Chage & Aska are a Japanese singer/songwriter duo from Japan. Most of their lyrics are in Japanese and they've rarely made English songs. Two of them are on this album, and are covers of their own songs. Track 1) Maxi Priest feat. Shaggy - As You Walked Away This is a cover of You Are Free, orignally a fantastic sad romantic love song written by Aska. Maxi Priest and Shaggy used their own style for the interpretation, and on the whole, is very good - although not as good as the original. Track 2) Chaka Khan - Raspberry A very summery song, very well sung by Chaka Khan. I wasn't familiar with the original by Chage but very nice and relaxing to listen to. Track 3) Michael Hutchence - Red Hill Musically the song is very much direct from the original. Personally I think it's a fantastic piece and just as good as Aska's. I would think... Read review
