Oh the good ole days when the wu had their distinct shaolin sounds. Where have they gone these days. The Wus first Lp is truly one of Hiphops true classics. It added a lot to the game, grimey beats, excellent flowing wordplay and flow.
This mix of hiphop fused with shaolin culture was a true breakthorugh, refreshing rap.
The clan consists of leaders, RZA and GZA, and the clan are Masta Killa, Method Man, ODB, U-God, Inspectah Deck, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon. The album is littered with interludes and skits, which are very funny.
Each is given their chance to shine. The albums best tracks are definately CREAM (cash rules everything around me) with its elegant piano loop and Protect Ya Neck. Remember this LP is from 1993, it still sounds as good as ever. Buy now.

Advantages: Nice guest rappers like Ghostface and Raekwon turn up at AFTERPARTY and THE TURN respectively. Disadvantages: The lyrics from Method man are disgusting and the musical production is revolting! SAY WHAT?
