Advantages: Keep Holding On - Now my family's anthem Disadvantages: Zero variety and zilch passion. The one repetative theme isn't even good.
...all-over-the-place opinion of the movie Eragon (See my reveiw of the actual film, entitled Who the balls is Angela...? http://dvd.ciao.co.uk/EragonDVDReview5784477), I managed to come to a conclusion about the soundtrack pretty quickly. The verdict, I have to say, though more consistent than my opinion of the film is decidedly worse. You may ask, after watching the film and concluding that the music was nothing out of the ordinary, why go to ... ...and unintrusive, the soundtrack to Eragon is barely worth composing and completely unmemorable. The wide and varied LOTR Soundtrack it certainly isn't. In listening to it you find yourself wondering two things:
a.) Did Patrick Doyle only come up with one half-decent theme and then consider his job done?
and b.) Did I accidentally put my media player on repeat?
What I am alluding to here is the fact that the tune of the (completely uninspiring) ...
