My first introduction to this band....who hail from ' Shepherds Bush ' UK. One of those CD's where i bought it because of the colorful artwork on the cover and at that time knew nothing of the band whatever. Well! To my delight the music certainly matched the cover art for once. Probably still my favourite CD by them ( double by the way ) and definitely a fine starter for anyone not familiar.
Rock music yes! But more space rock and New Age with ethnic style crossings. An excellent recording with excellent musicianship from soaring scorching guitars , rock solid bass and drums and excellent floaty, driving Keys with some Flute too. Great stuff by any standards. Even if not that original, they just do this kind of thing better than any similar UK band.
Certainly one of the best british bands with there own instrumental twist on the 70's trippy instrumental ' Gong ' ' Amon Duul II ' ' Hawkwind ' space - rock style. I'm surprised no-one has wrote any reviews of there albums out here....oh well! I really recommend them anyway!
