one very narrow street into another equally narrow. It took him about six goes, by which time he had attracted an admiring crowd.
Spending a weekend is a possibility; after all there's lots to see in Cambridge, not just King's College Chapel. Unfortunately, I recently read of a survey of "black holes" in reasonable city centre accommodation. Guess what came top. Correct. Cambridge.
So is it just too much effort? Well if you think so then this review has failed. If they managed to build something like this five hundred years ago, it shouldn't be beyond the ability of 21st century man and woman to at least get there. And admire.

Peterhouse
Peterhouse is the oldest college in Cambridge and very traditional, being one of the last colleges to go mixed.I am told the admission of women was met with much reluctance ! The college colours are blue and white and among former students were film star James Mason and nobel prize winners, Archer Martin (chemistry) and Sir Max Perutz (chemistry).

Advantages: Good teaching, heart of London, very modern Disadvantages: Expensive, too many students

The teaching overall is very good, but also depends on what course you are doing. This uni is for students who achieve quite high A level grades e.g BCC is the average minimum to get an offer of a place. The advantages are you are in the heart of London, loads to do, very good facilities, very modern, the disadvantsges are that London is too expensive (extortionate at times), overcrowding, pollution and the fast pace of life. ...
