Disadvantages: It's music designed for sound systems. Sound quality suffers.

...taken from the 1970s and compiled under the ?Ocho? label. The album is over an hour and four minutes long. Cassava Piece is the first and arguably the best track. It is from the ?Original Rockers? album and is the best introduction for any listener wondering what is to come. The second track ?Baby I Love You So? carries on from the first with the same addictive rhythm but with the voice of Jacob Miller on top singing the song from his 1992 album ?Who Say Jah No Dread?, a great album itself. The third track ?555 Crown Street? is as promised, weighed down with bass and followed by an alternate dub track by King Tubby who engineered the album. If you haven?t heard any August Pablo material before, you?ll probably notice the melodica sounds before long. Advantages: Interesting Demo versions, lots of great songs
Disadvantages: Mostly Demo versions, not for new Misfits fans

...The Misfits were formed in 1977 and were dubbed heroes of the "American Punk Horror" genre. They have released many records since then, and after a 12 year break up in 1983 they reformed in 1995, and reportedly are still together. Cuts from the Crypt was released in 2001. The Misfits are by fan one of the strangest bands I've heard, and also one of my favourites. They have powerful vocals and heavy riffs, accompanied by sadistic and often humourus lyrics. Whilst the CD contains mainly demo versions and live songs it is still a very high quality record. Most of their best songs are on this record and it's very interesting, especially for big Misfits fans, to hear their demo version recordings. Advantages: Great Characters
Disadvantages: It's about a car!

...and film about a possessed car, and it was awful, truly awful. So in fear of From A Buick 8 turning into another 'Christine' I avoided reading it, but I am glad that finally I overcame that fear and started to read it. So this book is about a car, well yes and no, there is a car, and a very strange one at that, but it's about much more than the car, it's about a group of characters who happen to be state troopers and their past and a young son coming to terms with his father's death. As always King develops his characters gradually until you feel that you personally know them and can sort of anticipate what they're going to do next, he explores group dynamics and social interaction, and he tells us more about grief and loss than any counsellor can.
