...This is one of the mysteries of the universe - why are The Fall not one of the most popular bands on this planet - I love them and they make wonderful music. The Unutterable is the LOOOOOOONG awaited new CD, it's been almost a couple of years since their last offering and is now finally sprung on an unsuspecting world. Even as a confessed Fall addict, I have to say that this is a fine piece of work, far better than we've any right to expect from a band that have been going nearly 25 years (without selling out once, incredible!) The CD is a delight, classic Fall stuff from start to finish with some mega stuff on there - totally gripping and fresh - it could be the work of a new band just starting out, such is the enthusiasm. The new line up which was fairst aired on The Marshall Suite certainly kicks and Mr Smith is in fine voice.... Read review

...Razorlight "Up All Night" is one of my top 10 albums of last year. I first heared Razorlight on "V Greham Norton" when they were still quite new to the music scene, then a few months later I caught them again on "The Jonathan Ross show", since then I've been hooked. This album contains 13 tracks; Leave me alone Rock'n'Roll lies Vice Up All Night Which Way Is Out Rip It Up Dont Go Back To Dalston Golden Touch Stumble and Fall Get It And Go In The City To The Sea Fall, Fall, Fall But id name my top 3 as Golden Touch Which Way is Out Stumble and Fall They have fanatasic lyrics, some that are really catchy and I have managed to pick up the words to most of the song, so now I can sing along while dancing around my room. Im not very clued up on music so i can't really comment on the guitar solos or druming skills, but I will say... Read review

Advantages: Very listenable pop that doesn't bleed your ears.
Disadvantages: You're in to full-on pop.

...simple songs out there. Armed with killer hooks, Lost Without You is an amazing modern love song no one can stop singing to. More beautiful piano pieces can be heard like Innocent Eyes, Not Me Not I, Will You Fall For Me. If you love the calming and emotional mood piano music takes you to, these are the tracks for you. Well, enough of the slowies, Delta is also versatile in mid-tempo tracks such as Throw It Away, My Big Mistake and the rockier slightly jazz influenced, Predictable. And well, you can't forget the beautiful ballad, Butterfly, which are the favourite of many Delta Goodrem's fans. Innocent Eyes is one classic album not to be missed. It is the sort of album that will never go out of style and that you can listen to it over and over again. Let Delta Goodrem's beautiful voice transport you to a land where you see everything...
